- Lockable 870mm x 2040mm insulated aluminium door with 3 keys
- Fully insulated 0.5mm steel wall sandwich panels with 60mm non-combustible mineral wool insulation
- Cement resin floor with 100mm insulation and 1.8mm pvc floor covering
- Steel roof panels with 100mm mineral wool insulation
- Full gutter system incorporated into the roof with 4 downpipes.
- Full electrical wiring to include:
- External CEE socket conecting to an internal RCD unit
- 2 x 36w double striplights
- 4 x electrical sockets
